Process
Cleaning – This is the first thing that we have to do before starting to remove the vinyl from the vehicle. By using the Detergent and water we will have to clean the entire surface of the car and let it dry.
Heating – By using the heat gun we have to heat the wrap, especially corner. Because we will have to slowly start peeling the wrap from the corner. It will soften the wrap which will make us easy to peel off. Be careful not to overheat that would damage the original paint.
Peeling – By using the plastic scraper start peeling the film off. Ensure that you have a good grip on the vinyl to start peeling and also keep moving the heat gun over the area being peeled.
Continuing the Process – Be patient and continue the process of heating and peeling the film. Because if you rush then there is a high chance for the wrap to left behind on the vehicle and the original paint may get damaged.
Remove Adhesive Residue – After peeling the wrap from your vehicle, there might be some adhesive residue left on the car. Make sure to remove these residues thoroughly. You can use a microfiber cloth to clear any remaining adhesive.
Final Cleaning – Wash your vehicle after making sure no residue are left on the surface of the car. You can again use the detergent and water for the final cleaning process.
